Summer 2011

Random moments from this past summer that I want to remember.

I ran Ragnar in June with some girlfriends and some other people that I didn't know.  I couldn't believe the snow on the top of Ragnar.

Hannah and Hadley came for their annual sleepover in July.  When crazy Uncle Oliver left to go hiking at 3am, Hannah and Hadley got nervous and couldn't go back to sleep... so we went to breakfast at 4:30 am.  It was awesome.

These are some beautiful flowers that Oliver brought back for me from Mt. Superior.  They are in one of his water bottles.

We hiked to the top of Mt. Timpanogos in late August.  I still have black toenails from the hike.  It was the most gorgeous day and the dogs scaled the cliffs at the top like champions.

Oliver teaching Miles how to throw rocks off cliffs up in the Albion Basin.  These are my two favorite boys.

Sadie and I snuck away from the group at the Young Family Lagoon Day.  We needed some alone time to really enjoy the merry-go-round and to chat it up one-on-one.

Oliver inherited the scissor duck from Grandma Glo's estate.  He has never been so happy.

Oliver took Rusty and Leishman to the top of Twin Peaks.  By the end they wanted to kill him.
