Spring 2012 was good to us. We were super busy, but still managed to fit in some fun.
Me, Brea, and her friend.
I took my nieces and one of their friends on a girls ski day (girls + Micah) at Snowbasin in March. We had a lot of fun. Brea has really improved and Halle took her first lesson and killed it. Halle may have gotten locked in one of the fancy bathroom stalls in Earl's Lodge for over an hour, but all of the girls were still all smiles!
We got to watch Ava and Sadie for a couple of days while Spence and Cass were out of town. I seriously love these two. They are so hilarious.
Mia and the kids came into town for Easter. We took Easton hiking up Baer Canyon and Brighton and Brooklyn came and stayed one night. Teddy fell in love with Brighton, he is the black blob laying on top of her.
Oliver won a golden egg at the Johnston Bunny Day festivities; it's a big deal.
We spent Easter Day at the ranch with the Youngs. We had an awesome dinner, easter egg hunt, and cuddled baby Sam.
In April Kate and I threw a shower for Megan. It was pretty laid back, but it was nice to just relax and chat with neighbors and friends. Megan got a lot of really neat things; we have some awesome neighbors.

After the shower ended Oliver and I ran up to Ogden to go skydiving with Kenzie for her 20th birthday. Kenz was worried that life ends at 20, we had to convince her that life begins at 20.
Since we were in such a hurry to get there after my party, I didn't have much time to get scared. It was a surprisingly beautiful and peaceful experience, except after we landed I got so nervous and terrified about what I had just done. Oliver thought I was nutty.
