I'm not really into romance, but I am into delicious ethnic cuisine. So a few days before V-Day Oliver surprised me and took me to Cafe Madrid. It was AMAZING! We are getting really excited for our upcoming trip to Spain.
On Valetine's Day Maeve, Brad, Holly and I cooked all day and made Steak, Lobster, Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes, Bruschetta, Pomegranite Salad, Homemade Rustic French Bread, Chocolate dipped fruit, and Chocolate Beneits. A week later I am still feeling stuffed.

We also went there for Valentine'S Day a few years back - it's Dave's favorite restaurant. It is really good and the best place in Utah to get authetic Spanish food.
