Mussels with Curry Beurre Blanc

Maevey and I took a cooking class last night from the chef of Artisan Grille. It was a fantastic time. We chose to make Mussels with Curry Beurre Blanc (the Curry Beurre Blanc sauce was superb). The chef was very impressed with our skills.
